@MojangSupport hello there minecraft dungeons on switch can’t connect to servers because the api connection and authentication are constantly down how do I fix this?

It doesn’t let me access the adventure hub or tower and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, signing out and back in to my Microsoft account.

If possible, try switching to a hardwire connection instead of WiFi. You may also need to reboot your router, and make sure that there are no other users on your network downloading/uploading large files or streaming services as these tend to use up high amounts of bandwidth. ^FF
