It depends. If he uses a Microsoft account to log in to Minecraft, he can reach out to Microsoft Support at msft.it/6019gh50S or through their help site directly: msft.it/6010gh50s. If it's a Mojang account, he can submit a ticket at msft.it/6011gh50t. ^LK
