@MojangSupport i been having problems recently on bedrock with my friends we have a realms and for some reason i can only load it on pc but my friends are on ps4 and they keep on telling they get a message saying "unable to conect to realms "

Are your friends able to try joining the Realm from a different device? If not, have them check their internet connection and rule out any issues there. They can start by switching to a hardwire connection if using WiFi and restarting their router. ^FF

im having problems as well and i gave tried restarting the router but sane problem im also hardwire so that rules that out but on pc is fine its just ps5 thats having problems rn
