If buying a Minecraft version entitles you to the other one (Bedrock, Java), then why do I only have Bedrock, @MojangSupport ???

sadly, even though i owned bedrock, i cant have either since the microsoft page tells me that i have to buy the game to play it, even though i spent the money to do so, so forget claiming the java ver
