@MojangSupport why does it give me this error all the time? Were logged into our Microsoft account and to our psn account. I have 1700 or so tokens and bought the hacker bundle. Can't use the skins unless it connects to the shop.

One thing we'd like to rule out is any connection issues. Are you able to test using a wired connection if you're using Wi-Fi, or try using another network like a mobile hotspot? ^LK

It's not connectivity. We run Fortnite, NBA 2k23, Stranded Deep, all online and we have no breaks in connectivity or go offline.

Try signing out of the linked Microsoft account and close out of any open Minecraft applications, restart the game, then sign back in to the Microsoft account. If you still see the error, repeat these steps above after waiting 1 hour, including internet troubleshooting steps. ^FF
