@MojangSupport @MojangStatus My realm on ps4 keeps getting error in each hour. And I already reinstalled the game and even mod my ps4. Nothing changes. Everytime I logged off from realm it always shows unable to connect to realms.

I used a wired connection and opened Typed 2. But the problem can’t be fixed. It has been 2-3 weeks.

Gotcha! We'd recommend NAT Type 1 on PlayStation for the best connection. To change your NAT type, you'll need to change some settings on your router. Settings can be different depending on the model of your router, so we aren't able to provide specific steps. ^LK
