All this does is send me to a ticket submission system, I have now submitted 6 different tickets over time and I am certain that I need live human support with my issue.

This is the new ticket: 5994024. To make this problem a bit easier, I need to figure out what Email I used to create my Account with and all I have is the login information to my account, the City and Country it was created in and my java profile name

They responded and immediatly closed the ticket, I dont know what to say because this is straight up from an Asterix and Obelix sketch. The Minecraft support ticket team is not made up of humans, I need get into direct contact with one to resolve this issue
