Yes, you should get an automated email that will include your 7-digit ticket number that should look something like this: 5678901. ^FF

I didn't get an email, can I submit a case through here? I've tred twice through the website and Haven't gotten anything

Ah, I got my email through. My previous support emails were under the category "I don't have access to my Minecraft account". I tried again under "Sign in questions" and received an automated email telling me people are working on it.
