I am currently not able to vote for this issue as I changed my device and lost my Jira two step recovery code, so I am unable to log in to my Jira account. Also, this bug has been reported since March and has been given no attention. I now own a game I'm unable to play.

Thank you, but I've spoken to them before, and they said I needed to contact the administrator of the site?? I am now unable to use the bug tracker. I just need the 2FA reset. How hard can it be to speak to the correct person on the matter?

If you haven't already, try clicking the "Can't access your account?" link on the login page. If you're still unable to access your Jira account, this is something that Mojang Support is unable to assist further with. Thank you for your understanding. ^FF

Mojang support tells me to contact Atlassian support. They tell me it's nothing to do with them and to contact Minecraft support, and they tell me to contact Mojira support. Which I presume is you guys? I've gone full circle.

You'll need to reach out to support team for the authenticator app that you set up to regain access. Minecraft Support can only assist with log in issues for Minecraft: Java Edition accounts, and we're unable to make any modifications to the bug site or the feedback site. ^FF

I use Google authenticator, and they say that only the site I set the account up on can help me. So Mojang/Mojira. 2FA should be an option, not a requirement on the bug tracker.
