@MojangSupport Hello. I have tried calling using the # provided by Microsoft support 844-931-2038, all 4 times the call was disconnected. Mojang site would not let me report a bug. I used in-game coin to purchase TrueRealismHD texture pack 2 days ago. I still don't have pack.
