@MojangSupport Hello, the latest update to minecraft crashes my phone a lot and causes the game to crash on its own. I wanted to know if it's normal or I have to go check my phone

Thank you for the info. We first recommend ensuring your phone has received the latest system updates. We next recommend turning down the graphics settings to "Fast" while decreasing your render distance, disabling clouds, and minimizing particle effects. -AG

My phone is a Motorola e20, so far I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, cleared the cache and cleared all mods, and cleared stored data But it doesn't resolve and I have no idea if it's the game or my phone
