Game mode changes may revert if performed from within a game session. Have you by chance tried changing it outside the game session in the world's settings? As for the ticket creation issue: do you have a screenshot that can help us see the issue you're experiencing? -AG
Try deleting your cache and use a different browser and/or device (if available), and ensure you have a good internet connection. You might also try using a private browsing window and disconnect any VPNs you may have running. If you still cannot send a ticket, let us know. ^FF
Were you able to try the other troubleshooting steps provided? Also, try checking that JavaScript is enabled and that you're not blocking JavaScript for Google domains. If you're still unable to send us a ticket, please send us a screenshot of the error(s) you're seeing. ^FF
