@MojangSupport why do you guys help specific people? There's plenty of people that need help but for some reason you guys ONLY help some not everyone.

I'll give you the one that I made that was on the same email that I first got help, it's both 5616988 and 56169673 (I sent two on accident), and the one that I originally got a response on 5598762 in case it helps..
