@MojangSupport why do you guys help specific people? There's plenty of people that need help but for some reason you guys ONLY help some not everyone.

The minecraft.net page does not allow me to login at all, no emails arrive to my inbox and when contacting support nothing arrives either, I had to use a different email to contact you guys, when I did, I got verified and changes were made but the error was still there
