@MojangSupport I purchased the doctor who skin pack for Minecraft Xbox one edition but none of the skins show up in-game. I've tried contacting the customer support through the website but have not received a reply. Please help.

You should receive an email to the address you put down in the "Your Email Address" field. If you haven't received one yet, you may need to try re-submitting your ticket. You can get back there by visiting msft.it/6014gLN8M! ^LK

Your ticket number should be a 7-digit number without any letters in it (i.e. 5678901). If you're able to provide this to us, we can check in on the status of your request! ^FF
