Hello! I play on the PS4 version of Minecraft. And have recently purchased a realm, however it says, your purchase has succeeded, but we cannot crest your realm now. This has been going on for almost 5 days. And it’s upsetting and borderline fraudulent as I’m paying for nothing->

I have submitted a support request and no response. I have checked and the transaction has fully gone through, and I have followed all the troubleshooting steps, this is very upsetting.

At the moment, no. However, our teams are looking into it. For now, if you encounter an issue with creating a Realm, our recommendation is to submit a ticket and our teams will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution. ^LK
