Hello! I play on the PS4 version of Minecraft. And have recently purchased a realm, however it says, your purchase has succeeded, but we cannot crest your realm now. This has been going on for almost 5 days. And it’s upsetting and borderline fraudulent as I’m paying for nothing->

I have submitted a support request and no response. I have checked and the transaction has fully gone through, and I have followed all the troubleshooting steps, this is very upsetting.

I do appreciate you checking, but shouldnt there be a solution or fix to this problem I’ve been having- I’ve been seeing this problem occurring over the past 3 years. There isn’t a quick fix you guys could tell us?
