Hello! I play on the PS4 version of Minecraft. And have recently purchased a realm, however it says, your purchase has succeeded, but we cannot crest your realm now. This has been going on for almost 5 days. And it’s upsetting and borderline fraudulent as I’m paying for nothing->

I have submitted a support request and no response. I have checked and the transaction has fully gone through, and I have followed all the troubleshooting steps, this is very upsetting.

I have actually made 2 requests so far. This one from July 6th 5777652, and then one from earlier today 5843599. Thank you for the quick response on Twitter.
