Since the release of 1.20, I don't have access to Dressing Room & Summer Celebration menues: they crush Bedrock Edition. My Character skin is unavailable. Although #Minecraft itself still works (Only tested it for 5 minutes though). Any suggestions, @MojangSupport? Anyone, pls?

Can you let us know what device you're playing Minecraft on, and what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, if any? ^FF

I'm using an old laptop (Lenovo G505S with only integrated video card working and replaced hard drive), so I'm aware this could be "my problem". Since I wasn't able to find similar issue out there, I didn't really knew what to do and only tried to just access said menues.

Well, I tried opening the game offline to see if the issue was in connection. Dressing Room acts the exact same way (constant loading like 2nd screenshot and crush if you choose anything). Turning on Wi-Fi and signing in doesn't change anything.

We first recommend checking the minimum requirements vs your device msft.it/6017gIapc. We also recommend performing updates for your operating system and your video drivers, just in case. -AG

According to Microsoft Store, my device matches the minimum requirements for Bedrock Edition. I'm also currently on the latest version of Windows 10 Pro 21H2 with latest video drivers I could've installed. Not sure if 22H2 would really change anything + updating takes a while.
