Since the release of 1.20, I don't have access to Dressing Room & Summer Celebration menues: they crush Bedrock Edition. My Character skin is unavailable. Although #Minecraft itself still works (Only tested it for 5 minutes though). Any suggestions, @MojangSupport? Anyone, pls?

Hello! If this is for a custom skin, please note that skins do not transfer between devices, as they are not tied to a Microsoft account. If you're having an issue with a specific skin from the Marketplace, please contact the Marketplace team at msft.it/6019gIaGN. -AG
