@MojangSupport I'm trying to join a Minecraft server that requires texture pack to be installed. For some reason, it is stuck at 0.00 MB. Any solution to this problem?

Hello! Just checking in on this issue, too, are you playing Java Edition or Bedrock Edition? And have you tried using a wired connection or switching networks, by chance? -AG
