@MojangSupport I paid £6.50 for the realm a week ago and I still can’t access the realm, like what do I do? Can I get an extension to the subscription and can it get fixed?????

Have you been able to submit a ticket? You should be able to do so at msft.it/6012gaS1Y. If you already sent in a request, let us know the 7-digit ticket number so we can check in on the status of your case! ^FF

That’s the issue, I don’t know the email address to my account 😭 I still have access to the account but I can’t remember the email
