I can understand how frustrating it is to be unable to access your account. Do you use a Mojang account or a Microsoft account to log in to Minecraft? ^LK

I used Microsoft, and I described the situation to both Minecraft Support and Microsoft Support, and the only responses I got back were copy-and-paste responses pointing to FAQ pages and not a single response that addressed my actual situation.

If the account was migrated, it'd need to be looked into by Microsoft Support since we don't have access to their account management system. They should be able to help you with any account issues you may have. ^BT
