@MojangSupport I had my microsoft account hacked and ended up losing access to my minecraft Java. I already contacted support, but they just suspended the account. I still have proof of purchase, I wanted to know if it would be possible to receive minecraft in another account

We'd be unable to provide a free copy of Minecraft, but I'd suggest reaching out to Microsoft Support to help you with that account issue. There'd be little else we could do since we odn't have access to their account management system. ^BT

I understand, but is there really nothing to do? I still have the receipt as I also have the offer code that was used on the old account, microsoft just dropped the case and I don't think it's fair to pay again since the mistake was made by microsoft security

All we can do at this point is suggest that you continue working this out with Microsoft Support since we don't have access to their tools. ^BT
