@MojangSupport my child purchased texture pack for his iPad & is unable to download due to lack of storage space, even though his iPad has 13 GB free. How can I fix this?

Hi! This can happen if you are reaching your marketplace cache limit for Minecraft. Try opening Minecraft and navigating to Settings -> Storage -> Clear Marketplace cache. Once the cache clears, try logging out and back in before attempting to download the texture pack again. -AG

Is this cache limited to 500mb only, I have done these steps to try to download a texture pack and it still says I do not have enough storage ( yes I have plenty of space on my console ) and if so how do we increase this limit?

Great question. The Marketplace cache actually varies by device and can't be adjusted. If restarting the game and clearing the cache again does not resolve the issue, please vote for this bug report and add any troubleshooting steps you've tried: msft.it/6010gv36q -AG

May we receive the cache storage limit for each console for future reference?
