@MojangSupport I finally got a support response but it was not really relevant (it does not feel like the agent read the ticket properly) and I think the ticket may have been closed before I could respond. Could someone check if the ticket is still open? Ticket 5671901

Hi BT, I've now spoken to 2 different agents and they are giving me a copy/paste that the account was sold and this is against EULA therefore they can't help me, and they only recognise the original owner. I am the original owner, the account was hacked and seemingly sold.

I have provided my transaction ID, and also screenshots of the PayPal receipt. Answer me this - if your account gets hacked and then the hacker breaks EULA, how on earth do you get support to actually help you? I want my account back, I bought this from Mojang, I'm the owner...

This account is very unique, I can't just replace it by buying a new one. I'm sure whoever stole it from me thought they hit the jackpot that day. Yeah I've researched since the first support response - my account was probably worth thousands of dollars. To me it's priceless.
