Hello @MojangSupport, I've lost access to my account and every time I make a ticket at your page nothing arrives, what does this mean? What do I do now?

That's strange! If you could, can you try another browser and/or device to see if that helps? I'd also suggest clearing your cache and cookies. ^BT

Are you getting any kind of error messages when you try submitting a ticket to us? If so, can you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing? ^FF

I don't seem to be getting error messages at all, it says that it was successful but it doesn't work properly.

Just to confirm, the email field "Your Email Address" in the form asks you for an email that you have access to. Can you double check that you're using your current email address in that field? It doesn't need to be the email on your account. ^LK

Good morning, I have access to the email that I'm putting in that field , why am I not allowed to use it?, I can use a different email but I feel like that makes no sense
