No abre, se buguea el lanzador y aparecen ventanas de Microsoft store, y dice: "ups ha ocurrido un error" y solo aparece cerrar

It may be that there are some updates that need to be installed. Could you open the Start menu and go to Settings, select Update and Security, and select Windows Update? This will check for, and apply any updates you may have pending. ^LK
