@MojangSupport yeah, how come there's no way for me to sign out of Minecraft on a Samsung?

Huh, let's take a look. Do you get an error message when you try or is there not an option at all? ^BT

My apologies for not seeing this sooner. But I was checking everywhere I could. The lack of scroll made it difficult to tell what I was looking at, jumping from the top to the bottom of lists and getting locked there. But from what I could see in the settings and homepage, no.

There was no sign out option.

Just to be sure, tap on "Settings", tap on "Profile", tap on "Sign out of your Microsoft Account" and confirm by selecting the “Sign Out” button. If you don't see that button, could you grab a screenshot for us? ^LK

There is no "profile" to click on.

Could you grab a screenshot of your main menu in Minecraft? It almost sounds like you aren't signed in to a Microsoft account yet. ^LK

It shows my username from the account. It wouldn't even let me into the game without signing in. I cannot currently take a screenshot due to not having the device in my possession at this time. I cannot say exactly when I will regain the device due to the nature of scheduling.

I've seen this form before trying to Google the issue. I am unable to accurately fill it out due to the fact my situation is not a listed option.

You'll want to fill it out with the next closest option then. An agent will be able to take a look at any screenshots you choose to attach and your description and be able to better classify it if it doesn't fit exactly. ^LK
