@MojangSupport something happened to my friend playing bedrock with Me he glitched and died even though he spawned in the world but he kept getting damage he showed me his screen and this happened

This is possibly a connectivity issue. Depending on the device your friend uses, he may want to try choosing another network or a wired connection. If he is still experiencing issues, could you ask him to create a ticket with us? aka.ms/Minecraft-Support ^AG

My friend uses a PC he owns the java and bedrock pack I use a phone I purchased the real minecraft from the play store
