I'm a player trying to return to the game after hiatus and migrate my account ahead of the deadline, my account has been stolen and no one from Mojang will communicate with me in any way.. I just want to know what tf has happened, why are you guys doing this to me?

Like, can I speak to someone in charge or something? Is that what I need to do? Is there a note on my ticket / account that says DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THIS PERSON BY ANY MEANS? Every day I see you helping other people with their issues but you're leaving me totally ignored
