@MojangSupport I really need help getting access to my minecraft account back. I am not reciving any emails from the mojang Support. I am unable to login into my account or reset my password. I have access to every information needed to prove my ownership even my Transaction-ID!

I have already tried that... the problem is that i am only getting a response by a bot. After that i dont get any mails from your support. Answering the bot doesnt help either. What i really need is a direct contact to a human.

I'm seeing the first ticket was made three years ago and I can't find anything under the second one. Can you make sure that's the correct ticket number? ^BT
