@MojangSupport Minecraft dungeons (Nintendo switch) is giving a ‘unable to connect to mojang services’ issue, meaning I can’t access any of the online features. My internet is fine, and both minecraft and minecraft dungeons are connected to my Microsoft account. What’s happening?

It's happening to me, too! It's been nearly a month since you made this tweet, so to see that they haven't fixed this issue is a little annoying.

Are you experiencing this issue just with Dungeons, or is this happening with other Minecraft titles? Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, and can you also confirm which device you're playing on? ^FF

I've only experienced it on Dungeons so far. Minecraft Bedrock Edition works fine. I'm unable to check Legends as I don't have the game. Playing on the Nintendo Switch.

Thanks! Just managed to fix it. For some reason, the game automatically logged me out of my Microsoft Account. Just logged back in the and the Mojang Services reconnected.
