@MojangSupport Me and my son were both playing our worlds on Sat Xbox Bedrock series X and now getting sync errors and they won't load. Can copy and load them in Minecraft Preview so they're out there somewhere. Help!

It sounds like you may have encountered a known bug: bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-…. You can vote for that bug & add a comment if you have any new info to provide, and feel free to review that bug report periodically to see if any new workarounds/information becomes available. ^FF
