reset their passwords or log them in but it never works! Resetting via an email password doesn’t work & they can’t make another account with the same email address. We end up having to set up a NEW email and pay all over again for Minecraft. This happened the other day to my son

easier than wasting more of my time trying to fix it (after spending more than two hours trying to sort it out I eventually give up, create a new email address for them & pay again) but this is ridiculous! @Mojang & @MojangSupport PLEASE tell me how to fix this!
