@MojangSupport - I’m trying really hard to suppress my inner Karen but it’s tough. I can’t even begin to estimate the number of hours I’ve spent trying to fix my 4 children’s Minecraft accounts. EVERY time they get logged out they can’t log back in & I spend hours trying to

reset their passwords or log them in but it never works! Resetting via an email password doesn’t work & they can’t make another account with the same email address. We end up having to set up a NEW email and pay all over again for Minecraft. This happened the other day to my son

and I had to get him his 4th email account and 4th Minecraft subscription. Today it has happened to my daughter. What on earth is going on?!? Surely I’m not the only boomer that struggles with this?!? I’ve paid for the SAME game 10+ times. Over the years paying $35 seemed

easier than wasting more of my time trying to fix it (after spending more than two hours trying to sort it out I eventually give up, create a new email address for them & pay again) but this is ridiculous! @Mojang & @MojangSupport PLEASE tell me how to fix this!
