@MojangSupport I can’t update Minecraft bedrock to 1.20 (on msi laptop) I bought the Java and bedrock bundle through the Xbox app, so I can’t update it through the Microsoft store because it says I need to re purchase it. I’ve also tried updating it through Xbox app, no progress.

Can you send a screenshot of what's going on when you try to update the game? ^BT

I managed to get it fixed by waiting a few days, but this kept popping up every time I tried to open my realm. (Not my screenshot, but I would get this pop up)
