The lost transaction ID, I bought them years ago in 2013, all those deleted messages, without them I'm sure I'll lose the account. what can be done?

No worries! The transaction ID isn't necessary as we have other ways to verify, but it speeds the process along. I'd suggest still making a ticket with our Support and they'd be able to help you. ^BT
