Help me pls @MojangSupport. I've redeemed a minecraft java&bedrock code and everything seemed normal until I tried to install the game from xbox launcher and when I tried to install the game it said i had to buy the game and I didn't understand anything. Please help me :(

It's possible that you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game attached! Double-check to see that you're logging in with the right credentials. Also, I'd suggest taking a peek at this FAQ to see if it'll help. help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^BT
