@MojangSupport A few questions if I buy minecraft and change my phone or they delete it, do I have to buy it again?

Sure thing! Ownership of your game on phones is managed by the app store you purchased it from (like the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store). As long as you use the same account on the new phone, you'll have the same game purchases. ^LK
