@MojangSupport my girlfriend keeps getting this every time she tries to join my world we have both restarted our games she even restarted her iPad but nothing is happening is keeps saying connecting to multi-player game then what the picture below says

Looks like there may be a connectivity issue. She can try switching to another network or contact her internet service provider to see if they can help figure out what's going on. ^AG
