@MojangSupport I bought realms plus and got charged but am unable to access said features.”your purchase was succeeded but we couldn’t create your realm right now” appearantly this is a common issue but with all the updates being pushed out we’d hope it would be fixed by now

Your response is no help because your support team is awful- I’ve given them my Minecraft information linked to the account yet they fail to resolve the issue- let alone get back to me in an email
