Why can’t I join my Realm? Every time I load up Minecraft (Series X), it constantly says, “unable to connect to realms” where my realms should be. Only way I seem to able able to fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling every time I want to play.

@MojangSupport I pay 8 dollars a month for this. I would like to know how to even be able to use the product I am paying for. The friends that play on my realm all are able to join, it’s just me with this issue.

Is this issue happening with all of the worlds on your Realm, or just one particular world? Sometimes switching the world slot can help, but be sure to back up your world data first: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^FF

Wow that worked! I Switched it over to the second world slot and I’ve been able to join every time. Thanks!
