@MojangSupport hi! Download your recent update for Minecraft and it is crashing and corrupting the saves. I’ve also lost my character skin! :(

Minecraft data (worlds, inventory, skins) is stored locally on your device and isn't attached to your account; we're unable to recover that data if it's been lost/corrupted. Check our guides on managing data/game storage: bit.ly/3HvWt7x & bit.ly/3c9PK76. ^FF

Thank you , however that doesn’t help with the fact the game keeps crashing since the update.

What type of device are you playing on (PC, Xbox, etc.), and is this for Java or Bedrock? What troubleshooting have you tried so far, if anything? ^FF

Hello, I’m playing on ps5 and I have tried restarting the whole console and checking for any other updates be it through you or PlayStation :)
