@MojangSupport I just got the Windows 10 edition so 1.20 is my first update. I updated the launcher but I still don't have 1.20 yet. Am I doing something wrong here?

Minecraft should update automatically once the update is available on your platform, but you can also check out our guides explaining how to manually update here: bit.ly/45QrIW4. ^FF

Sorry I didn't reply yesterday...I was out exploring my new 1.20 world on Java! LOL! I just checked and again it didn't update. I used your link to manually update Windows 10 edition and it worked! Thank you so much for your quick responses and ALL your help. 😀
