@MojangSupport hey y’all, I recently purchased a realm about an hour ago and it took my money but didn’t create the realm. I then made a ticket to see what was going on. Is there any idea of when this is going to be resolved?

We don't have an exact response time, but we do have a bit of a backlog. If you've gotten a ticket number, I can take a look and make sure it's being processed correctly though. ^LK

I didn’t receive a ticket number when I placed my ticket, however I could provide you with an email if that were to help.
