If you don't have access to your old email, we may still be able to update it. However, you will still need to submit a ticket with our team. If you have already submitted a ticket, please send your ticket number so we can see if there's been any change. ^LK
Just to confirm, when you made your ticket, did you list a current email that you do have access to? The request form has a few different fields, but the first two email fields are for you to put the email that we respond to. The ticket number would have been sent there. ^LK
