@MojangSupport my account was hacked a few years ago and migrated by someone else. I tried to get it back over COVID but your response time was in the months and I missed the eventual response. Restarted the process just now. Could you let me know the response time now?

We aren't able to provide exact wait times, but if you have your ticket number we can take a look to see if there's anything holding the ticket up. ^LK
