I have closed the game completely before updating the game. I was playing earlier in the day but now it broke. I'm trying to uninstall and redownload but now it pop ups with this everytime i try to redownload the game

If you're still running into issues with the launcher, from your start menu, please search for “wsreset” and select "Run". This should already be on your PC and should effectively reset the Microsoft Store and fix any installation issues you may be having. ^FF

I ran the command but the same issues are still happening
