My Microsoft account was hacked and Microsoft has permanently closed it and won’t refund my games because my security proofs have changed. I have proof of purchase and now they’re ignoring me because that’s apparently their policy @Microsoft @XboxSupport @MojangSupport

We can only suggest continuing to work through this with Microsoft since we don't have access to their account management system. ^BT

Since it's a Microsoft account, there's little else we would be able to do. Please continue working this out with Microsoft Support and they should be able to help. ^BT
