I've been trying to sort an account issuse for the past few weeks and both supports send me back to the other or send me to useless articles. None of which are useful. I am unsure of how to proceed as i'm constantly ignored or sent away.

At this point I have so many support requests from both you and microsoft and all of them have been ignored.

If you've migrated to a Microsoft account that you can no longer access, we won't be able to assist in transferring the game to a different account, nor are we able to process any game refunds if more than 15 days have passed since your initial purchase. ^FF
